Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy

Shipping Policy

• All products are gift packed.
• All orders received will be processed in 2 to 4 business days. The shipping for custom orders is treated special and it will be determined and communicated to the customer at the time of accepting the order.
• All orders will be shipped through USPS in Priority mailing and the customer will be informed of the dispatch via email.
• Flat rate shipping charge of 4.95 will be charged for all orders under $60.
• Shipping is free for all orders above $60
• To be eligible for free shipping, the value of the single order should be $60 or above. There is no restriction on the number of items in each order. All the products that are part of the order should ship to the same address.
• Adhi Creations will not be responsible for any postal delays.
• Adhi creations LLC is closed on all national holidays and orders received on those days will be processed the following business day.

Return Policy

• The return request should reach Adhi creations LLC within 5 business days of the product getting delivered at the mentioned email address.
• Following the receipt of the return request, Return Authorization from will be issued to the customer.
• The Product should reach Adhi Creations LLC’s designated address within 7 business days of issuing the return authorization in original condition.
• Initial shipping charges incurred by the company are actuals and we will not refund the shipping charges.
• The customer is responsible for the shipping charges incurred during return.
• Processing fee of 2% will be deducted from the total order value when a refund is made.
• All returned items should be packaged the same way it was sent including the tags, slips & paper works and should be unused.
• Refund will not be made to returns that arrive us without the return authorization slip.
• No returns are accepted on Glass based jewelry.
• No returns accepted on custom made orders.
• No returns accepted on exchanged products.

EXCHANGE POLICY

• Adhi Creations LLC allows customers to exchange products bought for another product of same value or by paying the differential price.
• The return request should reach Adhi creations LLC within 3 business days of the product getting delivered at the mentioned email address.
• Following the receipt of the return request, Exchange Authorization from will be issued to the customer.
• All exchange should be preauthorized by officials at Adhi Creations LLC with the Exchange authorization form that will have both product details.
• No exchanges will be processed on the products that arrive without the authorization slip.
• The Product should reach Adhi Creations LLC’s designated address within 7 business days of issuing the return authorization.
• The exchange product will be shipped back within 3 days of the receipt of the original product that is getting exchanged.
• Customer is responsible for all the shipping costs incurred.
• All returned items should be packaged the same way it was sent including the tags, slips & paper works and should be unused. Exchange cannot be processed on any damaged items.
